Structured group sessions for teams of professionals navigating the same leadership transition, at the same time, in the same organisational environment.
When a group of professionals from the same organisation learns together, something useful happens. They bring shared knowledge of the cultural context — the unspoken rules, the key relationships, the specific dynamics that shape how influence operates in their environment. That shared knowledge makes the learning richer and more directly applicable than anything an individual could access alone.
Peer observation also matters. Seeing how colleagues handle the same situations you face — and having structured space to reflect on that together — creates learning that is hard to replicate one-to-one.

Informal influence — the kind that operates through relationships, framing, and presence rather than through hierarchy — is the subject of this workshop. We examine how influence actually works in organisational settings, distinguish it from manipulation or politics in the negative sense, and build practical skills through structured exercises using real professional scenarios.
Participants leave with a clearer understanding of how they currently influence (and where they lose influence), specific techniques for framing contributions more effectively, and a map of the informal power relationships in their own working context.
Half Day
This workshop addresses one of the most common leadership development challenges: being in the room but not being heard. Not because participants lack ideas, but because they have not yet learned the craft of timing, framing, and positioning contributions in formal group settings where decisions are being shaped.
The session combines analysis of how formal meetings actually work — including the informal dynamics that run beneath the surface — with structured practice in reading rooms, timing contributions, and building on others' contributions in ways that increase rather than diminish your own impact.

Being capable is not enough if the people making decisions about your career cannot see your capability clearly. This workshop examines how professional visibility actually works — what signals decision-makers are reading, how reputations form and solidify, and how to build genuine standing without resorting to self-promotion that feels inauthentic.
Participants develop a personal visibility strategy grounded in their actual strengths and their specific organisational environment. The aim is visibility that is authentic and sustainable — built on genuine contribution rather than performance.

Organisations have surface structures and beneath-the-surface structures. The formal hierarchy tells you who reports to whom. The informal structure tells you who actually has influence, where decisions really get made, and which relationships matter most for getting things done. This workshop makes the informal structure visible and builds skills for navigating it effectively.
We examine how to map informal power, how to work constructively across competing interests, and how to maintain integrity and clarity of purpose while operating within complex political terrain.
The workshops above represent our standard offerings. Many organisations find that a bespoke design — built around their specific culture, their specific talent pipeline challenges, and their specific organisational moment — produces better results than a standard programme. We are available to discuss custom workshop design for organisations with particular needs.
Discuss a Bespoke ProgrammeWe can discuss your team's specific context and identify which workshop — or which combination — would serve your situation most effectively.
